Orlando Gutter Crew is based at 111 N Orange Ave in downtown Orlando, and from there it's a short drive out to most of the towns and neighborhoods we cover across Central Florida, from the older streets near downtown out to the lake towns on the metro's edges.

One Metro, Different Kinds of Neighborhoods
Central Florida is not one uniform suburb, and the gutter work reflects that. Winter Park's older, tree-lined streets sit under a heavy canopy of live oak that drops leaves and acorns into gutters for most of the year, which means more frequent debris buildup even on a well-built system. Dr. Phillips and Windermere run newer, more open subdivisions with younger landscaping, less overhead canopy, and roofs that are often still original to the house. Lake Mary, Sanford, and Oviedo lean suburban and lake-adjacent, with their own mix of tile and shingle roofs and weather patterns shaped by being close to open water. Kissimmee, Ocoee, Apopka, Winter Garden, Altamonte Springs, and Maitland round out the rest of the metro we work in day to day, each with its own mix of home ages and roof types.
Wherever the job is, it gets the same attention a job two blocks from our own door would get — the same measuring, the same fastening standard, and the same follow-up if something is not right.

If you're within reasonable driving distance of downtown Orlando, tell us your address when you call and we'll let you know honestly whether it's a routine trip or something we need to schedule around. We'd rather give you a straight answer on the phone than have you guess based on a list.

Do you charge extra for jobs outside Orlando proper?
For most of the towns we list — Winter Park, Winter Garden, Apopka, Lake Mary, and the rest of the metro — no, it's the same pricing. If an address is well outside our normal range we'll tell you upfront before scheduling anything.
How fast can you get to Winter Park, Oviedo, or Lake Mary?
It depends on the week and how far out we're currently booked, but drive time itself is rarely the holdup — none of the towns we serve are more than about half an hour from our Orange Ave location.
My town isn't on the list — am I still covered?
Probably. The towns listed are where we work most often, not a strict boundary. Give us your address and we'll tell you plainly whether it's in range.
